Your gifts change lives. Whether donating used goods and household items or writing a check for a cash gift – your gifts put people to work to process and sell donated goods to the community and gives adults the chance to earn their high school diploma at The Excel Center.

The Excel Center® is Goodwill’s free high school for adults and provides dropouts the opportunity to earn a high school diploma, industry-recognized certifications, and college credits — all at no cost.

The Excel Center is designed to address educational barriers and to accelerate coursework and career readiness by offering:

· Contract school authorized by Shelby County Schools for high school dropouts and free to all students.

· Ability to earn a high school diploma, industry recognized certifications and courses for college credits.

· Morning and afternoon classes available to work around a student’s schedule.

· Accelerated courses so students can earn credits at a faster rate.

· Life coaches work with each student to create a graduation plan that best fits their goals and needs.
