Los Tejados- A Taste of Guanajuato! "Los Tejados" (the tile roofs) is in honor of our ancestors, who used to cook under a tile roof with brick and mud stoves. We offer traditional Mexican food but with special, signature dishes like pork and loin stews. The menu has a lot of variety, with tacos, enchiladas, tortas, chimichangas, burritos and the aforementioned stews, including steak, chicken and shrimp dishes. We are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, with the drive-thru operating until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
