Description
Open for breakfast lunch and dinner, Tipzy's new location in the tower features a bright colorful fun atmosphere with a vibe unmatched anywhere else in the Central Valley. Owner, Claudia Moreno pulls from her Mexican heritage with dishes based off her mother's recipes which she says took a while to perfect; her mother didn’t do exact measurement, rather “a pinch here, a pinch there.
The specialty is the homemade tortillas, which are used in their remarkably tasty taco and burritos, but also are wonderful enough to stand on their own with butter. Made from scratch and pressed on-site . Tipzy's also features a seafood menu including things like shrimp cocktail and ceviche plus long-time favorites like asada fries and chilauiles (for Breakfast).
