Marta Petrokehagias is a Lehigh Valley girl opening her first restaurant in Downtown Allentown steps from the PPL Center. Growing up in the Valley and subsequently living and working in the Outer Banks of North Carolina for nearly 20 years, Marta has acquired a vast knowledge of southern cuisine to add to her Northeast background. 

Taking over the former Bell Hall, Marta has transformed the space into an eclectic visual bar featuring artwork from her home and travels bringing an fresh original light to the restaurant. 

Max and Butters offers all day brunch, delicious lunch and dinner options, hand crafted cocktails as well as a full selection of draft beers.

Features include their Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict, Cheesesteak with 2 over easy eggs, and locally sourced 8 oz burgers cooked to your liking. 

Try their always fresh, never frozen menu, serving delicious scratch made food and drinks in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Max and Butters is the Valley's newest upscale neighborhood gathering place.
